Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Books Tycoon (bookstycoon.co.in). We are committed to delivering your favorite books safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below:

Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout based on the delivery location and total weight of the books.

Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location across India. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation message or email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status and real-time location of your book parcel.

Delivery Address Changes

Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code, and mobile number are correct before confirming the order. If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot change the address once the book package has been handed over to the courier service.

Damaged Packaging during Transit

We pack our books with extra care so they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you notice that the outer packaging is severely damaged or torn at the time of delivery, please take a photo/video before opening it and contact our support team.

Undelivered Parcels

If a courier attempt fails due to an incorrect address or if no one is available to receive the package after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees will apply to re-ship the order.
